A. Account information (Firebase Authentication)

• Email address (if you sign up with email)
• Account identifiers (such as a Firebase user ID)
• If you use third-party sign-in (e.g., Google/Apple), we receive identifiers needed to authenticate your account.

B. User feedback

• Feedback text you submit through the app
• Associated metadata necessary to handle the feedback (e.g., your account ID)

C. Usage and engagement data (Analytics)

• App interactions such as screen views, session duration, and feature usage events
• Device and app information used for analytics and reliability (e.g., app version, device type)

D. Advertising data (Banner ads)

• Information needed to display ads, which may include device identifiers (such as advertising identifiers), IP address, and limited device/app information.
• Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and region.

We use the data described above to:

• Create and manage your account and provide core app functionality
• Store and respond to feedback and support requests
• Understand usage patterns and improve app performance and user experience
• Display banner advertising and measure ad performance

4. Third-party services we use

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, database/storage for feedback, analytics) — Firebase processes data to provide app authentication, store user-submitted feedback, and provide analytics.
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads (Advertising) — AdMob processes data to serve ads, including (depending on your consent) personalized advertising and measurement.

These providers may process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, such processing is protected using appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

5. Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK and similar jurisdictions)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other regions with similar laws, we process data under the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: to create and manage your account and provide core app features.
• Consent: for advertising personalization and for analytics/measurement where required by law. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time (see Section 6).

6. Consent, choices, and controls

Consent management (Ads and Analytics): Where required, we ask for your consent before enabling personalized ads and analytics. We use a consent mechanism provided by Google to present choices and store your preferences.

Changing your choices: You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening Settings → Privacy options in the app (if available in your region) or by using device-level controls (such as resetting or limiting the advertising identifier in your device settings).

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

• Account data: while your account remains active, and for a reasonable period thereafter if needed for security or legal obligations.
• Feedback: as needed to review and improve the app and respond to users.
• Analytics: retained according to the analytics service configuration and only as needed for measurement and improvement.

If you request deletion (Section 8), we will take reasonable steps to delete your data unless we must retain it for legal or legitimate purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, compliance obligations).
